Pick the version built for your trade.
Each of these is set up differently — different questions, different guardrails, different booking rules. Choose yours to see how it actually works day to day.
Salons & beauty
Hair, beauty, barbers and nails. Answers Instagram DMs while you're mid-colour, knows that a balayage needs four hours, and fills gaps left by cancellations.
AI receptionist for salons →Tradies & construction
Builders, plumbers, electricians, landscapers and renovators. Qualifies the job, captures the suburb and timeline, and books the site visit while you're on the tools.
AI receptionist for tradies →Clinics & allied health
Physio, dental, chiro, psychology and podiatry. Handles bookings, fees and referral questions — and refuses anything clinical, escalating it to your team instead.
AI receptionist for clinics →Restaurants & cafés
Venues, cafes and bars. Takes the booking with the right covers while the floor is in service, captures function enquiries properly, and never answers an allergy question itself.
AI receptionist for restaurants →Gyms & fitness
Gyms, studios and personal trainers. Answers the 9pm enquiry while you're teaching, books trials from your live timetable, and sends anything about an injury to a coach.
AI receptionist for gyms →Not on the list? It probably still fits.
The pattern matters more than the industry. If your enquiries are time-sensitive, comparison-shopped and arrive outside business hours, LexisGrid earns its keep.
Pet care & grooming
Groomers, vets, boarding and dog walkers. Breed-specific service times, availability over school holidays, and the weekend booking rush.
Auto & mechanical
Mechanics, detailers, tyre and windscreen. Captures make, model and symptom, books the service slot, and flags anything that sounds unsafe to drive.
Cleaning & home services
Domestic and commercial cleaning, pest control, gardening. Quotes from your rate card by property size and books the first visit.
Professional services
Accountants, brokers, conveyancers and consultants. Qualifies the enquiry, books the intake call, and never gives advice it shouldn't.
Multi-location groups
Franchises and groups running several sites. Each location gets its own brain, calendar and number, with volume pricing across the group.
When LexisGrid isn't the right call.
We'd rather tell you now than three months into a subscription. It's a poor fit if:
Your enquiries are genuinely emergency-critical. LexisGrid must never be the only channel for life-safety contact. It can triage and escalate, but it can't be your emergency line.
Every job needs bespoke pricing before anyone will talk. If nothing about your service can be described without a full consultation, there's less for it to answer — though it still qualifies and books the consult.
You get fewer than a handful of enquiries a month. The maths only works if there's something to catch. If you're not missing enquiries, don't buy this.
